Assessments of the prospects of the Vietnamese real estate market were presented at the “International Real Estate Investment Seminar” (해외 부동산 투자 세미나), held on December 6, 2025, in Gangnam, Seoul, South Korea, with the participation of numerous experts, investment advisors, and corporate representatives active in the international real estate sector. The conference served as an in-depth forum for discussion on capital flow shifts and overseas investment strategies of Korean investors amid a highly volatile global economic environment.

Within the framework of the event, Ms. Denise Pham participated as a speaker representing the Vietnamese market, directly sharing analyses and assessments of the development potential of Vietnam’s real estate sector for Korean investors. Drawing on many years of hands-on experience in real estate operations in Vietnam, together with her deep understanding of the behavior, investment preferences, and legal requirements of Korean investors, Ms. Denise Pham outlined a comprehensive picture of the Vietnamese market in its current phase. According to her, Vietnam is entering a new stage of real estate market development, driven by sustained high economic growth, increasing inflows of foreign direct investment (FDI), and increasingly well-developed urban infrastructure. Major cities such as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City continue to serve as growth engines, while satellite areas and emerging urban zones are forming new growth poles, creating medium- and long-term investment opportunities.

Alongside the opportunities, she also candidly addressed key factors of concern for foreign investors entering the Vietnamese market, including information transparency, progress in project legal completion, rental yield potential, and investment-related costs in Vietnam. Positive changes in the legal framework since 2024 have been assessed as a crucial factor in improving the investment environment, making Vietnam more attractive in the eyes of Korean investors.

Through the International Real Estate Investment Seminar 2025 (해외 부동산 투자 세미나 2025), insights shared by international experts—including the practical perspectives of Ms. Denise Pham—have helped reaffirm Vietnam’s increasingly prominent position on the regional real estate investment map, while also opening up numerous opportunities for connection and cooperation between the Vietnamese and Korean markets in the coming period.
